BLUFVPN ADDENDUM

We strive to help online world remain borderless. Our main goal is to provide internet users with an unrestricted access to information, all the while securing their privacy to the full extent.

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS

BlufVPN is a virtual private network service – a private connection between your device and the internet. We make BlufVPN available on a term subscription basis (each, a “Subscription”, collectively “Subscriptions”). The term of the Subscription applicable to you is described in our order form and in your BlufVPN account at https://blufvpn.com/account. Below are some of the Subscriptions that we offer:

24-month

36-month

We may offer or discontinue offering Subscription terms at any time in our sole discretion. Any Subscription terms that we offer, even if not listed in this Addendum, are subject to this Addendum and the Agreement.

2. PLATFORMS

We make BlufVPN available on the following platforms:

iOS

Android

macOS

Windows/Windows Phone

We may offer or discontinue offering BlufVPN on certain platforms at any time in our sole discretion. Our offers of BlufVPN on certain platforms, even if not listed in this Addendum, are subject this Addendum and the Agreement.

3. ACCOUNTS AND DEVICES

Each Subscription to BlufVPN permits the creation of up to three (3) user accounts. Each Subscription to BlufVPN permits the use of BlufVPN on up to five (5) devices. BlufVPN only operates on certain devices. In our sole discretion, we may offer or discontinue offering BlufVPN for certain devices. For the purposes of this Addendum, each system user in an operating system and each internet browser counts as a separate device. For example, operating BlufVPN on five (5) internet browsers (even if on a single physical device) counts as five (5) devices.

For each Subscriptions, you may set up a profile for your router.

You may add or remove devices in your BlufVPN account at blufvpn.com/account. You may not remove: (i) more than one (1) device per each 7-day period; or (ii) any devices during the first 7-day period after the beginning of your Subscription.

4. PRICING

You shall pay the fee associated with each Subscription. You may review our current Pricing Plan for BlufVPN https://www.blufvpn.com/.

In our sole discretion, we may make certain features, including without limitation, unlimited access to VPN servers, available only upon your purchase of certain Subscriptions.

5. BANDWIDTH CAP

At any time in our sole discretion, we may impose bandwidth caps on the amount of data transferred while using BlufVPN. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with 14 days’ advance notice by email to your email address on file with us before imposing such caps.
