1. Device name/device code, and number of connected devices

Used to identify the device in connection with the customer’s account and to enforce the maximum device limits. This information is stored.

Legitimate interest: we need this data to monitor the performance and usage of our VPN Service. For example, it enables us to sort server nodes by the number of users connected, to limit your account to one concurrent IP address per VPN connection (to prevent shared accounts), resource analytics (to carry out usage analysis for administrative purposes), and to prevent abuse and fraud.

2. Email

Processing of this personal data is required to connect you with your account. We keep this data while the application is installed and active.

Legitimate interest: processing is necessary for us to contact with you in connection with your usage of our application.

3. Identification in social networks (Facebook, Google, etc.)

This information is optional and used to connect BlufVPN ID with social network account. It is stored in application ONLY when it is launched.

4. IP address, geographic location

Processing of this data is necessary to determine location of your device used. We do not store this information after the close of a session.

5. Operating system and operating system version, language of the device, time zone, type of connection, and name of the WiFi network

To carry out usage analysis for administrative purposes. We do not store this information after the close of a session, except the time zone that is stored ONLY for data analytics and marketing purposes, and the WiFi network name that is stored ONLY if you add it to your trusted networks.

6. Total amount of internet traffic for each session and session dates

Processing of this data is necessary for data analytics, including determining the amount of usage. This data is collected ONLY if you use personal servers or a personal IP address.
